Review: Arrived damaged - Great product but unfortunately the packaging was so poor. Just a large brown paper envelope without any packing inside so the box lid opened, all tools fell out and damaged the box badly. When I opened the paper bag, I had bits everywhere. I was very upset as this was a present but my friend said they didn’t mind, they will just take the tools out and put them in another box. That’s solved the problem but it was not satisfactory. It this was mine, I would keep the tools in the original box so this would be a problem. For the money, the item should arrive in perfect order. Whoever packed this really didn’t think. It was obvious that the bag was to large and the box inside would therefore open.

Great product but unfortunately the packaging was so poor. Just a large brown paper envelope without any packing inside so the box lid opened, all tools fell out and damaged the box badly.
