Final update : After they sent out the new set of balls, they have lasted well over 3 months of solid playing everyday. No chips or cracks yet. First set must've been a fluke, very happy with these so far! Update: unfortunately after about a month of play the balls have started to get chips and cracks in them. Will try to contact the company and see if there is any warranty on them, especially for such a short time, if not guess I'll have to spring for a higher quality ball. Great customer service, glad they were understanding ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Didn’t last. *by B***S on 3 November 2018* Worked great for a few months and then I noticed damage on the 13 ball. Looks like a crack or shatter in the ball. (See Pic). No funny business goes on around my pool table so this damage is 100% from another ball contacting it. Not thrilled I have to buy new balls already. Edit: After leaving this review I was contacted by the company. They sent me new balls and stated the importance of customer satisfaction. I am indeed satisfied with their customer service. We will see how these balls hold up and I will update in the future.
