It was creamy with a rich European flavor. It made my food taste like an expensive dish. Just sliced beefsteak tomatoes and the cheese!

This is the best blue cheese I've had. Many blue cheeses have a bitter after-taste, not this one.

Great taste, but the package is very deceiving. Much smaller in quantity than what I buy in my local supermarket for the same amount of money.

Super strong, but overall very rich flavor. Don't put too much on anything as it's that strong. Pricey for what you get.

I know you don't get a lot, but you don't need a lot to wake up a salad. I can make one package last me through about five salads. Much creamer and more delicate than blue cheese.

This is a oddly but well packaged cheese, well worth buying and savoring. It's classic Roquefort, at the right age. I've ordered it three times already and the quality is consistent. It's a small piece but packaged with a great deal of thought, so you are tasting exactly the right taste and texture this cheese should present with.

There is no rind on this blue cheese. It is very tender and spreadable. I love it on a cracker with fig jam or creamed honey. I would definitely buy it again, it’s just small and I wanted a lot more. This does not have a bitter or twangy taste. Everything about it is delicious.
