**Q: Has anyone tried to sew a Velcro strap on? Is it strong enough? Thank you!**
A: It can sew thru multiple layers i sewed ribbon and 4 layers of cotton twill together and it handled well.

**Q: which way do I turn tension knob to loosen tension?**
A: Hi, anticlockwise rotation. You can follow the video.

**Q: Machine came with no manual. How do I find a instructions or a video tutorial?**
A: Contact the sellers. Mine came with a manual. It is listed in the parts: 1* Manual

**Q: Can you sew thicker materials? Like faux leather or jeans**
A: I think a couple layers of denim would be fine, though I think it would stall on more than a couple. Faux leather I bet would be a problem, though I've never tried it. This machine really only works well with thin, fairly loose-woven fabrics. Anything too thick (including layers) won't be able to fit under the presser foot.

We have received the product in plastic body instead of metal mentioned in description. Didn’t receive safety needle guard, oil can and seam ripper. One leg of stand missing. Only one needle received. Not value for money.
