REDMOND Re-Lyte Sugar Free Electrolyte Powder Drink Mix (Mango)

My most fave electrolyte drink. It’s not salty, it gives me energy, and it mixes well with water. It regulated my bowel movements which in turn is regulating my hormones. I’m estrogen dominant and this has helped me get rid of estrogen 💩 instead of recycling in my system. Less bloat, less water retention, less fatigue, no more hormonal acne. I drink one scoop first thing in the morning before anything else, sip on one scoop throughout the day, and one scoop about an hour before my workout. Salty Palmer is my go to flavor. It’s not an overwhelming flavor. It’s like drinking Liptons sweet iced tea. I love it! It’s limited edition- I hope it’s a permanent flavor. Before discovering Salty Palmer I would buy the Mango flavor. It’s a great taste but very sweet & after a while it would be too much sweetness.

I've been really impressed with this electrolyte powder! The Mango flavor is refreshing, mixes well, and isn't overly sweet. I love that it has no added sugar while still tasting great. I’ve gone through alot of electrolyte products over the years (LMNT, Liquid IV, etc), and nothing comes close to Redmond Re-Lyte. This stuff is on another level. This is the best tasting electrolyte I've had. I started with the packets to try all the flavors. It does take a bit to mix, but a hand mixer or a little muscle and a water bottle is all you need. Love it.

I was having terrible leg cramps at night, especially after swimming laps My granddaughter suggested I try Re-Lyte and ever since I have not had a single cramp! I HIGHLY recommend it. I love the Mango flavor and often mix it with my iced tea rather than just with water.

I'm having an issue with staying hydrated, so my doctor suggested this. I ordered the Mango and it has amazing flavor. Yes, you can taste the salt in it, but it is not overpowering. I've been drinking it every day for a week now and it is definitely helping me! Next time I will try a different flavor.

Geschmacklich voll ok etwas zu Süß für meinen persönliches Geschmack, der Effekt ist aber da, wirklich gute Elektrolyte und meiner Meinung nach das Geld wert, gerade wenn man viel schwitzt. Ich probiere als nächstes das ohne Geschmack.

The mango flavour is the best. You need to get past the salty taste and once you do, you’ll crave this instead of juice.
