A: Yes it does.  Has everything you need for a 2 inch hitch if you have a tow package on your vehicle.

**Q: Will this fit my 2017 Honda Pilot?**
A: It will fit any 2" receiver.

**Q: Is this made in the usa?**
A: No, to my surprise it's made in china

**Q: What is the ball shank opening (not the receiver hitch 2x2)? Will any size threaded ball shank fit in?**
A: I have not disassembled this unit to measure it, But this is a 3/4 Thread and a 2 5/8 ball is a one inch thread, There is usually an adapter ring inside so you can use the bar with both ball sizes.  Joe S
