By a plug into the wall. All instructions in box. I believe it comes all together with a additional mirror

Does the mirror fully rotate around? Only asking because the Person I am buying doesn’t like mirrors facing them while they sleep.

It only goes up and down..it does not go side ways

It’s a hard plastic I think. But it’s so well made and heavy duty. I don’t know the real answer but I’d sure say it’s real nice.
