Good long term storyline developing. Each book has its own mystery to solve and nice group of characters to follow, and the main character is not as annoying as some of the more cliche boot kicking heroines normally found in this Genre.

The last two books in the series are by far the best. I read Demon's Dance and immediately purchased Wicked Wings. I felt Keri finally lived up to the series with these last two books, in my opinion. I felt the story was advancing with Monty arriving in town and forrcing Lizzie to confront her convoluted toxic family history. Additionally we finally find out the entire story. Although I did actually expect Clayton show up in this novel, I'm not worried that he didn't, there was so much action and development that it didn't bother me, much.Now...that being said...I really would like some famly dymanics brought into the next book or books, and Lizzie really needs to solve the puzzle of her sister's death. She knows the boogeyman is not dead, much to her family's dismay! So lets get on that as well.Now as for her relationship with Aiden. Damn I just don't know. It's kinda heartbreaking, much like the real world, so after 5 books, I'm ready for a resolution one way or another. I'm not the author of course, and that's just me, but dang they seem in the way for some major heart break, but stranger things, with wild magic and all!!! Goddess be with them!!!
