Bakugan Dragonoid Colossus

I purchased this toy for my nine-year-old nephew when my sister suggested it and it turned out to be a hit with him as it is apparently part of a huge market in the toy industry that I am totally unfamiliar with. This is just one of many toys that are produced under the Bakugan label and they come in all different sizes and price ranges. Definitely a worthwhile consideration if you have children in the age range of seven to 12 years of age!

Though this is certainly a child's toy, I've found that this makes a great display piece for any dragon lover. Bakugan itself is... bland but the toys are quite unique. They're a great feat of micro-mechanics and imagination of trying to make a creature out of little more than a sphere.Needless to say the colossus does not unfold from a sphere, but it is a good dragon. If you like dragons you'll want to add this one to your collection, before the toys die off, like these sorts of franchises always do.

Product exactly as described, shipped and delivered on-time. The toy inside works as it should, and my son has enjoyed playing with it. The engineering of the Bakugan toys is amazing, and it's neat to see the whole thing open up when the activating piece is placed. It went together easily, and after hours of play over the past couple of months, everything still works as it should.

Bakugan Dragonoid Colossus was my 6-year-old son's favorite birthday present! It's well made, fun to use, and adds an exciting dimension to Bakugan play. My son wanted to write a review to be sure all the kids know that "it's really cool, you can bend it down, make it go up, move the horns and legs, and put any Bakugan inside of it, not just the one that came with it!" It's a great toy!

My 7 year old son saved all of his money just to buy this. Once he got it, it became his favorite toy. The coolest part is when you drop the circular Bakugan on the dragon's back, the whole thing springs open. Very cool and a good buy!

...that they don't make toys like they used to. I look at my son's Transformers, completely lame from what we got to enjoy as kids. Many toy's today just aren't cool without batteries, lights, and a speaker. This, however, is proof it doesn't have to be that way. Honestly, I don't know what Bakugan really is. I'm getting too old for this stuff you see. My son doesn't really know what it is either but those ad dollars sure do work wonders. For the last six months we've heard about Bakugan off and on. Lately, it's been getting worse. Wo, with his birthday coming up, I decided to go for it and ordered this beast. It ended up being a birthday gift and he was speechless when he unwrapped it. Once I got down and started playing with it and helping him I realized what a fantastically designed toy this is. It's a great feeling when you get it all together and it pops. My toys were cool, no doubt, but I never saw anything like this in my day. Well done Mr. (or Mrs.) toy designer.

This was a hard toy to find when it was first released! Every place we went was sold out or had not gotten their shipment in. We finally ordered and got it in 2 days! It is an amazing toy and my son was so happy to have it. If you child is a Bakugan fan this is a MUST have!

I didnt know I could write a review for your orders and I just figured it out now. Anyway when I recieved this item a year ago i put on all the bakugan attachments but they wouldnt stay on and as soon as I put it on my desk i heard a snap and now nothing will stick to it. not even the magnetic part. all that happened the day i got it. I DEMAND A FULL REFUND. I will remove this as soon as i get a (full) refund. I SWEAR.
