Liquid B12

After doing some research, I thought it was best to try a liquid B12 supplement. I noticed a difference in my energy level on the first day . Before using this supplement, I used to come home after work daily and literally fall asleep on the couch. Now, I feel like I have energy to cook dinner and even do a few chores at the end of the day. I also noticed a difference in the morning. I feel rested where as before I slept but awoke feeling as if I didn’t sleep at all. There are other health benefits for this supplement but my main reason for taking it was my energy level, (or lack of). It states that you can take it twice daily if you wanted to, but I find that once daily in the morning works for me. I will definitely continue using this product. Thank you.
