Too much and while good, tended to be a bit blotchy. I have since taken to putting a smaller amount in my hand/hands and then massaging it for at least 2 minutes and that seems to be the way to go. Almost instantaneous tan. My legs are so pale they almost glow in the dark, but this leaves a nice natural looking tan.
