For me they are very tasty. Very expensive for the amount but tasty. Makes me want to invest in my own smoker

Really did not enjoy these😢 was super excited and hoping for a salmon taste with a slight flavoring, doesn’t taste like either, I’m not even quite sure what that taste is, it tastes actually a bit rancid. Whatever other ingredients are in there besides the salmon and the flavoring took over the whole thing or this product isn’t cured correctly and it’s just rancid. Had to do a double take on the bag to make sure it was for people it tastes so strange. Tried to force myself to eat them anyways and I couldn’t get past 5 squares. And I’m a huge salmon lover. Going to take the L and try a different brand since they don’t do refunds.

This is a good product, good flavor with minimal fishy taste and smell. The 4 stars is because you have to refrigerate this after opening. Jerky does NOT need refrigeration but this does.

Great tasting

As a fan of both jerky and sustainable seafood, I was excited to try Epic's Jerky Bites made from 100% wild-caught Alaskan salmon. However, after sampling the Maple with Coconut Oil flavor, I found myself somewhat disappointed. The combination sounded promising and offered a sweet-savory profile that I was eager to try. Texture and Mouthfeel: The texture of the jerky bites was where I encountered my first disappointment. While I expected a satisfying chewiness, I found the texture to be somewhat dry and lacking in juiciness. Additionally, the coconut oil seemed to coat the jerky in an unpleasantly greasy manner. Flavor Profile: While the maple sweetness was present, I felt that it overpowered the natural taste of the salmon. The coconut oil added richness but also contributed to an artificial aftertaste that detracted from the overall experience. Overall Experience: Despite my initial excitement, Epic's Salmon Jerky Bites fell short of my expectations. While I appreciated the company's commitment to sourcing sustainable seafood, the execution left much to be desired. Ultimately, I found myself reaching for other brands of salmon jerky that offered a more balanced flavor profile and satisfying texture. While Epic's Jerky Bites have potential, particularly for those seeking innovative flavor combinations and sustainable protein sources, the Maple with Coconut Oil variety failed to impress me. I would recommend exploring other options in the salmon jerky market for a more enjoyable snacking experience.

Maybe don't put these with the dog treats? My mom bought them and my dog ate 2 before we realized it was for people. They taste good tho 😊

Not very good, strange texture, something like a cat treat. Tastes like a piece of dry, chewy piece of salmon soaked in sugar water. The texture isn't the worst but I do not like the taste at all.
