I have chronic pain, neuropathy, restless leg, and muscle spasm issues, and am a year post surgery for a 2 level discectomy with vertabrae fusion in my neck. I ordered this thing because I've been struggling with keeping my pain levels low enough to do what I need and want to do at work and at home, and it did not disappoint! It is amazing! I love that it plugs in (no batteries to wear out), it's pretty quiet (quieter than an electric toothbrush, for sure!), has different heads to attach, and oh yeah- it WORKS! I use it on my shoulders, arms, neck, back, feet, legs- even my hands briefly when they're bad! My teenage son uses it a lot, too, for general soreness and because it's so relaxing. This thing is GREAT! Cannot recommend enough!

For honest review.Love it I have a lot of muscle issues and the doctor told me about this so I got it .it helps to break up the fascia and get deep into the muscles where the knots are . Where my wand vibrator was not getting into. I also bought the insurance just in case it breaks .

Was really looking forward to using this product. It arrived in good time and in as new condition, appears to be excellent quality but unable to use as it's a 12O volt item with an American plug configuration and does not include a step down transformer for use in Australia. Uneconomical to return due to weight. International buyer beware!

I have purchased 2 of these massage wands. The first one lasted exactly 5 months before a plastic piece that controls the vibrating head broke. The company replaced the broken unit with a newer model. The new model did not have the same internal design and did not use the same plastic piece that broke but was designed to be much more sturdy. The issue i had with the new model was the metal screw that holds the vibrating head on came loose and fell off. Over time and use it simply vibrated until it came off and i needed to unscrew the case and screw the head back on. It only took 10 minutes and 1 Phillips head screw driver bow it's as good as new !! Solid 2019 model.
