I searched a long time before selecting this mat. I have shih tzu and finally found one that they cant chew! Only thing is that it's not too thick, but that's ok. I love the camo design and it does give a bit more cushion for their crates.

This dog bed has been a lifesaver for my dog who somehow manages to destroy almost every bed she’s ever had. If you have a dog that digs, chews, scratches, or “redecorates” their crate bedding nonstop, this bed is absolutely worth it. The material feels much tougher and more durable than traditional plush dog beds, while still being comfortable enough for everyday use. I love that it’s water- and odor-resistant because it holds up so much better to real life dog messes, muddy paws, treats, and crate wear and tear. It also fits beautifully inside the crate without bunching up constantly, which has been a huge plus. The neutral look is clean and simple, cleanup is easy, and most importantly — it has actually survived. For destructive dogs, anxious rescue pups, or heavy crate users, this is one of the best durable crate bed options I’ve found. Highly recommend for fellow dog parents tired of replacing shredded beds every few weeks.
