It is grease
This is an NLGI Grade 2 lithium grease from a reputable brand. It’s the most basic kind. Its function falls somewhere between snake oil and blood of the Savior. The tube fits nicely inside a grease gun. I squirted into some ball joints on my car.If you are here for a Ford X1-G-E1 equivalent, that is fortified with a little bit of moly. So the light blue or gray tube Valvoline moly-fortified grease would be more comparable.
