What material are the tabs?

I ordered this but there is no lanyard as shown on the picture included in the package. I wondered if everybody's else are shipped without it ?

Hello, so sorry to inform you that there are only patches in the package. The lanyard in the picture is to show how this patch can be used. Thanks for your understanding.

Can you stick this to the inside of an Apple leather iPhone case? The inner material of the case is like a microfiber.

You could but the adhesive part is for hard non porous materials. My phone case is made out of rubber. As long as it goes inside of the case and it fits tightly around the phone it will hold out pretty good. It's the casing that fits snugly on the phone that holds the tether in place.
