L Methyl Folate 15mg + Methyl B12 Cofactor, High Potency Active 5-MTHF Form

I have the mtfr gene mutation and my B12 is consistently low in bloodwork. I had been taking other highly rated supplements but decided to give this a try as they didn’t seem to be making an impact. I noticed a difference in the first week! Better sleep, no midday naps needed, more energy and better focus. I’m amazed at the difference this supplement is making so quickly! For the cost, and with just one pill a day, this is a great choice for people with the mtfr gene mutation!

I can tell when I run out and an not taking this. It is on me subscription now. I get energy and an all over better getting. It's hard to explain. I am almost 50 and preimeopausal with ADHD and low vit D and iron and have tried about every supplement I hear about and this is one I will stick with. It helps with fatigue also.

I'm not saying it's all due to this vitamin but it has helped with a dramatic shift in my energy, vitality, and overall well-being. Now that I am actually absorbing my vitamins I feel so much better. I have ordered it three times. Once it arrived shattered because it could have used a little more bubble wrap, but it was quickly replaced within a couple days.

This stuff has me feeling so giggly its amazing stuff! My mood improved in just 2 days and I even tried the other drops of vitamin b but this one works WAY BETTER! I have bought one for each of my kids and even my elderly mother. They also see the improvement in their mental health. It's wild!

There is no taste to these pills, I don't know if Im getting energy but I notice a small difference so that is something. I have no other side effects with taking these, I take 2 pills and they dont itritate my stomach seems absorbed well.

My son is 12. He struggles with social situations around other children. Our home has been a battleground since he turned one because of his behavior. As his Mama, I knew he needed help but no doctor seemed to know how. I tried him on this three days ago and this is the answer we have been praying for for so long! BEWARE! Rating 5 stars so it’s seen. I am sad to say that this has caused an awful allergic reaction in me. The positives after taking it as far as having a clearer mind, lower anxiety and a steady energy are nice. HOWEVER… today was the first day I took it and about an hour after I took it, I noticed my head was itching like crazy. I really didn’t think anything about it, although I did think it was strange, but then my entire body started itching to the point I was covered in hives. I had to take Benadryl to stop from going crazy. It’s been over five hours since I took it and I am still itching deep in my skin. I looked it up and it did say that this was a side effect. Be very, very aware of the other side effects also before you take this.
