Good book for beginners to understand the basic concepts of stock market ..

When I first bought this book (October 2023), I had very limited knowledge of the stock market. However, after reading it, I gained a solid understanding—especially in identifying and interpreting chart patterns. The book explains complex concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language and includes plenty of real-world examples and images that make learning much more effective.In May 2025, I discovered Sunil Gurjar on a podcast by Upsurge and immediately subscribed to his YouTube channel, Finance with Sunil. Since then, I've continued learning a great deal about swing trading directly from his personal experiences. His practical approach and clear explanations have been incredibly valuable, and I look forward to gaining more insights from his content in the future.

Worth to buy. Good knowledge for beginners. Everything explained in simple way. Go for it

The book is purely for the beginners. No advance techniques or strategies are discussed in the book. But advance traders can also refer to this book to refresh the basic chart observations which advanced traders might not take into consideration anymore and focuses more on advance techniques. Sometimes, the basic techniques can also make one profitable rather than using multiple advanced techniques.Giving 2 stars less out of 5 because the pictorial graphs are of higher timeframe like monthly or yearly but most of the traders use max daily or below timeframes to do the intraday/swing trading. Higher than weekly timeframes are only for investing and not for trading

There are so many books with similar title, but the author made everything in this book easy to read and understand. The charts are clearly illustrated. This author presents the most clear charts. His explanations are concise and to the point. One of the best TA books I bought. Thank you for making TA so easy to understand. I would say this is my top 1 or 2 favorite TA books. Sunil should receive an award for writing such a wonderfully illustrated book. I cannot Thank Sunil enough. If I had this book 7 yrs ago when I started trading, it would have saved me thousands of hours and ton of money. No B.S. fluff that is unnecessary is included in this book, only the most essential basic TA concepts are included. I spent the time and money to pursue CMT designation. It was a waste of my time and walked away with thinking TA is B.S. But materials such as Sunil's book clearly demonstrated the power of TA and its usefulness.
