Purchased another Lutron motion activated switch that I had problems with. When I contacted their help line (which was excellent by the way) they suggested this model for our purposes, which is to turn on the light in an area where the switch is well into the room. This switch was easy to install and now works well for us on the out-of-box settings, but has the ability to adjust them if wanted. It turns the light on as soon as we near the doorway, and 5 minutes after we leave it slowly dims the light before turning it off. (Yes, I timed it from a spot where it wouldn't see me.) The only issue we had was the LED tubes we already had installed in the fixture weren't dimmable, and they just repeatedly cycled on and off. Once I put in dimmable tubes the switch worked flawlessly. Based upon the performance of the switch, and more importantly on the quality of the help I received, we'll definitely being looking for Lutron products in the future.
