I've had it for 5 months and I've only changed the batteries once (and tbh I think the first batteries sucked) and I use it every day. It's got all the buttons Kodi needs (apart from a keyboard, typing with a dpad for search is pretty tedious, but what do you expect?) and it's so much easier navigating Kodi with the remote than with a mouse and keyboard. My only complaint is that the back and menu buttons are the opposite from my fire stick, but that's not really anyone's fault. Just something to think about if your brain is used to the fire stick. I've also used it in VLC and fullscreen browser YouTube videos and they seem to work fine too. I just installed the free version of AutoHotkey from Github, then used the following script with AutoHotkey.
