Will it killcreeping Charlie and purple deadnettle?

It will kill creeping Charlie. I don’t know what purple deadnettle is.

It says can't be shipped to me, so how. An I get it?

I live in an area where the farmers spray thousands of gallons of the stuff (2-4-D) and it tells me the same thing(cant be shipped to my area). You can go to any store around here and buy it ..but it cost more. So there is your answer...its the money, spend more and buy it local. Strange thing is, there is an Amazon warehouse within 25 miles of my house, so that would be local too?

What is the rate of mix? many other brand 3 tbs to a gallon works well for weed control in lawns and pastures

The hand sprayer/ spot spray rate is 4 oz per 3/4 gallon (1 pint per 3 gallon). It's specified on the Hi-Yield website but answered incorrectly earlier on Amazon.

Will this kill hostas, but not kill my fescue grass? i have hostas growing in my lawn and do not want to damage the lawn by digging them up

As long as you mix it as prescribed (I believe about 1-16?), it will kill most all broadleaf plants, but not harm any grasses.
