Great Product with a Few Design Flaws
I love my food processor but it has a few annoying design flaws. First, the top rather than twisting off has a right hand hinge. First, unless you take the top off the hinge it is in the way when adding product. Second, unless you have your hands on them, the smaller plungers go flying across the room. I have broken corners off the middle plunger twice. Both the bowl, the top, and the plungers are made of a brittle plastic. I anticipate having to replace them in fairly short order. As a slicer, shredder and processor it preforms like a champ. I have made a total of 20 pounds of pimento cheese and prepared and Italian sausage dish as an appetizer for 350 for a fundraiser. All the slicing, shredded, grating and processing was done quickly and efficiently. The fact that shredding or slicing blades can be attached above the processing blade saves time by combining two processes into one. Except for the design limitations. Except for the design limitations I mentioned it is the best processor I’ve owned. This is my third generation.

Sooo nice!
This 13 cup KitchenAid food processor with the snap and go easy clean working bowl is an amazing product and like all KitchenAid you get phenomenal products. The great workmanship, durability and customer service is legendary. With this food processor you can chop, shred, precision slice knead and mix. You can easily adjust the slicing thickness to five different sizes with just a touch of the lever. It has 6 accessories included and the accessories all are stored on a storage caddy with the instructions on how to put it together after you have taken a particular part out and want to put it back. The price on this is wonderful I don't think you'll find another KitchenAid food processor with this many bells and whistles any cheaper. Take the plunge into KitchenAid products, you'll be amazed.

I fell in love
I don't usually write reviews, but I love this food processor. I've used it for chopping vegetables, nuts, and seeds, and it handles everything effortlessly. What really impressed me is how well it processes small seeds without leaving large pieces behind or getting stuck. It's powerful, easy to use, easy to clean, and the 13 cup size is perfect for meal prep. The quality feels excellent, and it has quickly become one of the most used appliances in my kitchen. If you're on the fence, I'd definitely recommend it.

Great food processor — saves prep time and stores attachments neatly
My wife likes this KitchenAid processor a lot, and the storage canister is one of the best parts — it keeps all the attachments organized and easy to grab. It cuts down prep time significantly. When she makes lumpia, homemade chicken nuggets, or minced chicken dishes, this processor saves a ton of chopping time and keeps everything consistent. The only thing we wish it had is an extra layer or two of blades. Like most processors, it mainly cuts at the bottom, so more blade levels would make certain tasks even faster. But overall, it’s been reliable, powerful, and a big help in the kitchen. If you want something that speeds up prep work and keeps all the accessories stored neatly, this is a solid choice.

Nice Replacement
I bought this as a replacement for a KitchenAid food processor that my late wife gave me for Valentine's Day 2005. This model is much lighter in weight and shows many design improvements over the older model. For one thing, it has a rubber gasket that prevents flour from being ejected when mixing in butter for biscuits, pie crust, or scones. It's also more compact, allowing me to store it in less room. The motor doesn't seem as powerful, but it spins a bit faster, so some jobs take less time. I see what I think is a design flaw with how the lid connects with the bowl. I'm concerned that it'll be a weak spot that's easily broken. So, I'm being extra careful when removing the lid for cleaning. So far, it's a worthy replacement.

Glad I bought this one!
I love anything Kitchen Aid the quality is always very good. I’m very happy with the size as I do a lot of large quantities of food. It takes a minute or two to figure out how to take it apart to wash but after you get the hang of it it’s easy to clean. The difference spreads and pulsing mechanism makes for perfect control.

Not like the older models
I bought this to replace my 20 year old Kitchenaid food processor because it was great and I figured I’d stick with the same brand. Upon initial unboxing I liked the storage and compact design. The plastic seemed a little chintzy but so many things are these days. I watched a few YouTube videos on how to use it and see how well it worked. The first thing I tried was breadcrumbs, great worked fine. Lots of power. The second thing I tried was shredding some Colby jack cheese. The feed tube is kind of short so the block had to be cut into quarters but fine. I was processing the third chunk of cheese on low and heard a cracking sound. Turned the machine off, inspected the machine and found chips out of the lid. I was able to recover one of the chips of plastic. I should have took listened to the negative reviews. I was going to give it 2 stars just because the design is smart but I cannot recommend this machine at all.

Great unit and the onboard blade storage it really nice
So I got this for my wife to replace her 20 year old kitchenaid food processor. This new one has several advantages over the old one. 1. The motor noise is much lower, It's pretty quiet compared to the old one and just seems quiet in general. We'll see if that holds up longer term but I was impressed by the sound level. 2. The blade storage system is really nice. The old unit just didn't have a way to easily stack the blades and accessories inside the bowl. The jumble of parts made cut fingers a risk so we just didn't do it. The main blades stayed in but the rest of the parts were stored somewhere else. 3. Power seems really good. My wife has done some bread dough and a few other things so far and she's commented several times on how well it worked. 4. The bowl just lifts off. compared to the old one with it rotate and lift setup its just a little more convenient and easier to use. Only thing to get used to is the latching and safety systems. They're not bad but the lid has to be FIRMLY latched down to energize the unit. She had a couple of times where the lid was down and the rubber seal engaged but it wasn't down that last 2-3 millimeters to the latch was fully caught and the unit wasn't running. She asked me to look at it and for a minute I thought the breaker had tripped before I figured out the latch wasn't down 100%. Not a huge deal and once you figure it out you know to double check it but it's something to be aware of. In our case the problem was made worse because the power cord for the coffee machine on the other side of the kitchen island had gotten a little loose and the coffee maker wouldn't turn on. So initially it seemed like the power to the island was out all the way.

È a 110 VOLT!
