**Q: How do you re-activate the carbon filter?**
A: Take a hair dryer and turn it to low heat to dry the inside and outside of your product thoroughly by doing a paintbrush motion. I've had to buy a total of 3 these over the past 2.5 years. I keep buying them since the shell is durable and I haven't been able to find another smell proof case of a similar size. However, the build quality is not good, either the zippers start to fail or the glue on the inside doesn't stick anymore and the inside falls apart. Until I find one that's a similar size with better build quality, I will continue to use this one
