Review: Nice - Very nice. Very sturdy. Which is good. Still learning to cook on them. Every pan is different. Update: After cooking on them a few months they seem to be very nice. Cook evenly. As they are heavy, I had to adjust times on several items as compared to other pans. Not really an issue. However, one issue which I do not like. I place pan on glass stove top after cooking in oven. Within a few seconds, the pan does a snap and is warped. Don't like that. The pan will flatten out as it cools and looks new again. Just not something I like happening. I am trying to place pan now on several hot pads to see if that will address the issue.
