Review: Heating Element Stopped Working - Less than 200 pages. - Update: I contacted the company's customer service, and they offered to send me a new machine free of charge. It was quite possibly the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. For that, I am changing my review to 5/5 stars! This laminator machine was easy to use and worked well - while it worked. I purchased the laminator for my children's homeschool curriculums. I didn't even manage to laminate one curriculum (All About Spelling Level One) before it stopped heating - less than 200 pages. If you only need to laminate a few pages at a time, this laminator will probably work fine. But if you plan on laminating curriculums like I did, its heating element is bound to stop working. It's possible that, even at a few pages at a time, it would stop working after so many pages anyways.

Update: I contacted the company's customer service, and they offered to send me a new machine free of charge. It was quite possibly the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. For that, I am changing my review to 5/5 stars! This laminator machine was easy to use and worked well - while it worked. I purchased the laminator for my children's homeschool curriculums. I didn't even manage to laminate one curriculum (All About Spelling Level One) before it stopped heating - less than 200 pages. If you only need to laminate a few pages at a time, this laminator will probably work fine. But if you plan on laminating curriculums like I did, its heating element is bound to stop working. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it! Near Perfect Laminations Every time

I shopped and shopped and finally decided on this laminator. Not sure if it is the best or whatever, but it works very well. I have been laminated cardstock, including two layers of thick cardstock and so far not a single issue, every lamination has been near perfect. I have been using the sheets that came with the unit and they perform very well. Takes several minutes to warm up and the lamination speed is probably average, but the bottom line is it works very well. The corner rounder is a nice addition though it only offers one radius option. The paper cutter on the top of the unit works with paper but I cannot get it to cut a finished lamination. My $10 paper cutter cuts the laminated pieces with no problem.
