Can people tell you are wearing them? Are they noticeable?

I purchase this for my mother. She wears lots of church suits and dry cleaning gets version expensive. It only shows if you display the interior of your clothing i.e.: jackets no lumps or bumps

Can you use the same pads multiple times? Or is it a one time use?

I use them for multiple days. With dress works shirts I sweat very little so they will last. If they are getting anywhere near odorous or discolored then change them out if not keep them on. I have them on a robe and they will work for weeks before changing them. For tee shirts and general wear I sweat more so a couple of days can sometimes be the limit.

Has anyone tried attaching them to your bra? the area under your arm? How well did that work?

I bought these for my son, so no bra. It says to attach to shirt, not skin.
