If you have a need for a light duty spot welder, I recommend this one! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good for ~100 welds before recharge *by M***R on March 28, 2023* I just got this spot-welder last week and have used it to rebuild one 18v Dewalt XRP-9096 so far. After about 100 or so welds, it started to noticeably loose power and the welds didn't stick as well as when I started. I forced it through to the end but the last few tabs required me to redo with solder, which puts a lot of heat into the cells. I could have a longer life between recharges but what do you expect for $40? I guess it's better than soldering and quicker too. Sharpening the points w the included file helps to keep it welding better, pretty good for the money I'd recon.
