The scale works great! Very accurate and well made. Regarding customer service: I accidentally modified the parameters while calibrating the machine when I first received it (machine came with a 500g weight but somehow I had managed to change the parameters to 350g) so I reached out to the seller to resolve the matter since the manual did not cover how to do that. Despite the time difference (China) and the language barrier, they sent me the proper information for my model to be able to recover the proper parameters. I appreciate that they responded to each of my dummy questions with kindness and patience.

This scale has been giving consistent readings within .04 grams when testing it several times on the same item and that’s pretty accurate for the price point. We use it to weigh micronutrients and vitamins. I like that the scale has a 110v plug. The only downside was that the battery is not included. Overall I’m very happy with the scale. Be especially careful when unpacking and taking out the scale. Because the weight is on the side. Be careful not to slip off.

I was skeptical because usually for a good scale with milligram precision you need to spend ~$400 or so. But I was pleasantly surprised with this scale. There are lots of bad reviews for this product but I question whether people followed the instructions. The instructions require you to warm the scale up for 15min before using. After waiting the required 15min and then calibrating, the scale has worked great for me for several weeks now. I only use the scale once weekly, so it’s not heavy use.

I am looking forward to using this high precision, delicate, electronic instrument, and I shall update my review later. Not a good start, however. The person shipping the device put the UPS shipping labels on the BOTTOM of the box, so it arrived delivered UPSIDE-DOWN. Hopefully the next person will have more experience and common sense with expensive electronic devices.

Awesome! Lab quality scale. Gave EXACTLY the same reading 20 times in a row! I mean to the exact same 0.01 grams every time! Just hope it remains reliable and continues working like this forever, or until retirement, which ever comes first...

Pretty darn pleased with this. I wanted a fairly precision scale with a counting feature for doing inventory and counting out screws and other hardware for manufacturing builds. This one can do it's initial count starting at qty 10, where other scales need 25. It's always been within 1 item with this methods.
