Delicious grapefruit flavour with undertones of the quinine from the tonic. Some reviewers complain of an aftertaste of sweetener, however I believe it is the quinine they are probably tasting. As with basic tonic water you do get that lingering slightly metallic flavour. I love it because as a type 1 diabetic for the past 62 years, it has always been difficult to find new/original flavours in sugar free drinks.
