Review: Don't waste your time and mony. - I changed this review from 5 stars to 1 star after trying all the robots, and here is what I found in this kit: 1-It is all about code that has already been written for you. There is no learning and no problem-solving—it feels more like a storytelling type of education. You will get bored and find yourself unable to complete a section without falling asleep, because there is no interaction in the material. All the content is of the type: "open this file, run this code, and here is an explanation." 2-You will not write a single line of code, so no real learning is provided. 3-The robots have major design failures. For the drawing robots, the mechanism for switching colors is poorly designed. The designer of the rover seems to have forgotten about the battery and just tells you to "leave it wherever it falls." The space between the motors is very flexible, and the motors will crush into each other when you try to install the wheels. As for the bicycle robot, you cannot find two parts that fit together—all the dimensions are wrong, especially for the front wheel. You will find yourself grinding some parts just to be able to insert them where they are meant to go. The rear wheel will never sit correctly in its place, no matter how you adjust the screws; the structure ends up being somewhat tilted. 4-The rover robot I cannot express how bad the learning experience is for this robot. The code is also very poorly designed. 5-The camera that came with this kit looks like it was made in 1999—it is the poorest quality camera on the market, and I am amazed they found this piece of junk. It outputs a zoomed-in image shifted to the left of the scene it is not even centered. 6- I was not able to fit one of the wheels onto the motor shaft and was forced to buy a replacement online, paying 20 euros for that type of wheel. 7- I was very motivated for this kit, but it fails to deliver useful content or provide any type of engagement with the learner. It also fails miserably in robot design, which will give you a heart attack each time you try to assemble one of these junk robots. Overall, this kit fails to deliver what it promised. If you want to waste money, buy it but you will get bored after 5 minutes of assembling the first robot.
Review: Cooles lern und spiel Set für Abiturienten und Bacheloranten - Ich muss gestehen, dass ich bereits seit zwei Jahren als Ingenieur arbeite. Aber das Set ist echt ein cooles Spielzeug. Gedacht für Abiturienten und Bachelorranten. Wirklich nicht schwierig aber spannend. Großer Minuspunkt ist das die Lizenz von Matlab nur für ein Jahr gilt, danach ist das Set unbrauchbar relativ zum Preis. Arduino und Matlab sollten hier dringend nachbessern! Und in einem Jahr hat man neben Studium oder Schule keine Zeit alles zu bauen. Spiele mit dem Gedanken mit privat eine neue Lizenz für Über 300 € zu kaufe. Ebenfalls muss ich sagen, ich bin großer Matlab Fan in meiner Freizeit, in der Arbeitswelt als Regelungstechnik-Ingenieur find es dennoch keine Anwendung.

I changed this review from 5 stars to 1 star after trying all the robots, and here is what I found in this kit: 1-It is all about code that has already been written for you. There is no learning and no problem-solving—it feels more like a storytelling type of education. You will get bored and find yourself unable to complete a section without falling asleep, because there is no interaction in the material. All the content is of the type: "open this file, run this code, and here is an explanation." 2-You will not write a single line of code, so no real learning is provided. 3-The robots have major design failures.
