Certain frame templates allow you to insert your own photo and add text. Initially, I tried with product support to resolve a feature . Ultimately it was agreed only certain frame templates with an existing photo , would allow you to insert your own and add text if so desired . 1st attached screen shot , you can only add text. The 2nd screen shot , are the templates that already had a photo in the frame. The 3rd attached screen shot is the template that you can insert your own photo and add text It is a wonderful way to send love notes to my wife. Often 2 or 3 in a day. Great Product.
