The controller literally didn’t work the moment I took it out of its package. It disconnected almost immediately and if it didn’t disconnect then the only buttons that would work are the left and right triggers, the left and right thumb sticks, and the middle Xbox live button. I sent it in for repairs and after 3 weeks of waiting for it to come back, it literally had the exact same issues. The only new thing about the controller were the black marks all over the controller and the damage to both thumb sticks. 0/10 do NOT get this controller. Oh and good luck talking to Scuf’s customer service. You can’t call them. You have to email or DM them on Twitter and wait for a response. Absolutely atrocious customer service.

Warranty is 6 months and controller completely broke after 9 months. Unable to file a claim and after spending $200 on a controller it should last a year. Will be buying an Xbox elite controller next instead of scuff

I like this thing. Not as nice as an Elite 2, but unlike my Elite 2 I don't have to send this in for repair. I docked 1 star for not being usb C. Everything I own is usb c. Get with it

Got this controller for a birthday gift an I loved it. Very smooth an comfortable. Excellent for fps shooter games. Unfortunately it got stolen...Hopefully I can save up enough to purchase another one!

Trigger stops stopped working properly the first 2 weeks and one of the back paddles also broke.

CORSAIR JUST PURCHASED SCUF SO ID WAIT FOR THE QUALITY OF CORSAIR TO RUB OFF A LITTLE ON THE NEW X/S SERIES SCUFS THAT ARE RELEASING SOON! I was just able to get a new series x for msrp and I said Id like a new scuf to go with this new system! My brand new $213.00 prestige controller Came with a sticking thumb stick let alone it had dirt marks on it and I believe it was a return, but that’s another story. I pressed it in really hard and it went away but comes back eventually you have to press really hard on all the buttons even the home Xbox button for them to engage. If you use the trigger stops you have to click extra hard to engage the triggers it’s a joke! Who is going to competitive game having to click your triggers with all your strength. I’m not new to scuf in anyway I used one on xbox one when they first came out and it was ok I paid $250 for that one and it never had half the issues this one has. The prestige is just cheaply made compared to an elite series 1 or 2. I’d be lying if I didn’t say they look amazing straight out of the box but once you hold it and play with it you feel the cheap plastic and soft buttons that don’t engage and it’s all down hill from there! Honestly it’s a waste of time I promise your better off with the controller your new series X/S comes with.

Little bit of a learning curve to use the paddles effectively but MAN it's already made a difference in Warzone. Although the grips on the controller sort of make my hands sticky and the joy sticks lack the grip of a factory controller. 9 out of 10. UPDATE: I would recommend buying extra paddles because they eventually will crack and break. Mine took over a year with over 100 hours in call of duty. Other than that I still love this thing.
