Have been driving on it for over a year and it keeps her perfectly cool! Although maybe not as high quality as OEM, it is Denso and does the job well. Review: This was an excellent value. Fits my 2002 Lexus IS300 perfectly - I installed this in my daughter's 2002 Lexus IS300. I was concerned about the comments by others about the temp sensor. My OEM temp sensor fit in the hole without any problem. My OEM Sensor had an intenal O-ring, but nothing on the mating surface. I removed the rubber gasket from the plug on the radiator and installed that on my temp sensor. I put a could of wraps of heavy duty (Grey) teflon tape for good measure. I snugged it up and leak checked it. No leaks whatsoever. My radiator fan fit, but the mounting holes were a little off. I managed to get it lined up without to much effort. It installed easily. I got a new radiator cap, and this radiator already had a drain plug installed. This exact same radiator was more that twice the cost at my local auto parts store, and they did not have it in stock. For the price, this beats trying to seal up a cracked plastic radiator top or pouring some stop leak in your system and risking clogging your heater core. The only tools you need to change this out is a 10MM socket, an extension to remove the air cleaner, some pliers to remove the hose clamp, and a bucket to catch the fluid. ## Features - Efficient Fuel Consumption - Package Dimensions: 13.716 L x 80.518 H x 56.896 W (centimeters) - Fit type: Vehicle Specific - Country of Origin : Indonesia ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0049GJJYO | | Auto Part Position | Unknown | | Automotive Fit Type | Vehicle Specific Fit | | Best Sellers Rank | #1,471,186 in Automotive ( See Top 100 in Automotive ) #6,500 in Automotive Replacement Engine Radiators | | Body Material | Metal | | Brand | Denso | | Brand Name | Denso | | Compatible with Vehicle Type | Car, Truck | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 195 Reviews | | Fit Type | Vehicle Specific Fit | | Gas Type | Gasoline | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00042511174740 | | Included Components | RADIATOR | | Item Highlight | Replaces 16400-46560 16400-46561 2356 2805 432635 CU2356 8012356. Exact OEM perfect fit DENSO supplies Toyota so this is the OEM radiator at a good price. Came in denso box with denso instructions and and denso tag on top, fit was perfect. I saw some reviews claiming counterfeit but If it’s a replica it’s a heck of a good one. ## Frequently Bought Together - Denso 221-3120 Radiator - Gates Premium Molded Coolant Hose - 22673 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.sa/products/31021374-221-3120-radiator](https://www.desertcart.com.sa/products/31021374-221-3120-radiator) --- *Product available on Desertcart Saudi Arabia* *Store origin: SA* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
