I believe however it is probably where the "packaging" was done. I have the practitioner strength and love the feeling it has both on my feet and hands. **Q: Does this product contain any urea, and if so, what percentage of urea, please?** A: Yes it does list Urea on the ingredient list (10th) in order but does not show any percentages. **Q: What does this cream smell like? Reviewers state strong fragrance. Please describe.** A: This may not be an answer you want. I am 84 years old and I have a very poor sense of smell. I do not notice any strong odor or fragrance from this product. I do find the therapeutic cream to be exceptionally pleasing to my feet when I use it. My foot was damaged for years and I tried to fix it with limited success. I went to the podiatrist to get my toenails clipped and the assistant, put this lotion, Foot Miracle, on my foot after clipping. My foot felt very good afterwards. I ordered this from Amazon and have been using it. The damage has not been completely fixed but my foot feels so much better, not as dry, the skin cracks much less since using this product. It does have a fragrance which I personally find to be pleasant and it is easily absorbed by the skin. I put some on my leg because I had a rough spot and I noticed that it too is softening. I have sensitive skin and I did not have any negative reactions to the formula or the fragrance and I did find it very moisturizing and protective for my skin. I deliberately got this giant bottle because that's what they used at the podiatrist and I knew that I would use it a lot.
