Featuring custom 1:1 isolation transformers, dual channels with flexible 1/4" TRS and XLR connectivity, and housed in a durable cold-rolled steel enclosure, it delivers pristine sound quality without requiring any power source. Made in the USA, it’s the go-to solution for managers and audiophiles seeking flawless, noise-free audio performance. ## Description Product Description The Morley Hum Eliminator uses Morley’s Custom In-House made Isolation Transformers to break loop antennas that cause ground hum and buzz. The Hum Eliminator also converts back and forth between balanced and unbalanced connections and prevents the cable to act as an antenna for noise. Simply place a channel of the Hum Eliminator on the cable connections between the two offending pieces of equipment. The Hum Eliminator will not affect the quality of the audio, it will improve it. It uses 1/4″ smart jacks that accept any combination of unbalanced (TS) or unbalanced (TRS) plugs. These are passive devices (no power required), in cold rolled steel housings, hand-soldered circuit boards and top quality components and hardware. From the Manufacturer Morley is one of the oldest Pedal brands in the business with over 50 years of experience and innovation. Their Audio Solution Devices are the best tools available for eliminating Ground Loop Related Hum and Line Level issues. Review: It significantly affects the sound. - Erratum Dear desertcart Team, A few days ago, I wrote a review of the Morley Hum Eliminator stating that it didn’t deliver on its promises. However, after further investigation, I realized I had connected it incorrectly. The product actually works, and I would like to know if it’s possible to replace my review with the following: "The Morley Hum Eliminator and the Humno work very well. Just keep in mind that The Morley Hum Eliminator isn’t intended for use with mic- and instrument-level signals or powered speaker lines. Very good products, thank you." Thank you very much for your attention. Review: Couldn't test it - It didn't solve my problem or make any noticeable difference. My problem was a defective piezo pickup on a Yamaha A3R guitar made in China. This product is not designed for this type of problem. We cannot comment on this product due to that reason. ## Features - Specifically Designed to Eliminate Ground Loop Hum in Audio & Video Devices - Custom In-House Made Morley 1:1 Isolation Transformer - No Power Source Required. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Couldn't test it *by A***R on November 1, 2025* It didn't solve my problem or make any noticeable difference. My problem was a defective piezo pickup on a Yamaha A3R guitar made in China. This product is not designed for this type of problem. We cannot comment on this product due to that reason. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works great, but must be applied in the right area. *by K***M on February 8, 2024* The hum eliminator effectively addressed my specific issue, a ground loop in my amp's effects loop. However, it took me a while to pinpoint the problem. Initially, I tried various solutions like a hum exterminator, shielding pickup cavities, changing pickups, and different power conditioners, dismissing them as ineffective. It was only when I unplugged the cables in the effects loop and noticed the buzz disappearing that I realized the issue was there. Researching online, I discovered that an effects loop could cause a ground loop and generate the buzz. I experimented with placing the hum eliminator at different points in the effects loop chain—before the pedals, after the pedals, in between, etc. Eventually, I found the perfect spot that completely silenced the buzz. It worked! However, as evident, it required more effort than simply plugging it in one spot and determining it to be useless; it just needs to be applied correctly, which might involve some trial and error. Please don't expect this device to eliminate buzz originating directly from your guitar or pickups; it's not designed for that purpose. ## Frequently Bought Together - Morley Hum Eliminator (MHE) - Shure SM57 Pro XLR Dynamic Microphone - Professional Studio & Live Performance Cardioid Mic for Instruments, Recording for Drums, Percussion, & Instrument Amplifier Miking (SM57-LC) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.sa/products/309000192-morley-hum-eliminator](https://www.desertcart.com.sa/products/309000192-morley-hum-eliminator) --- *Product available on Desertcart Saudi Arabia* *Store origin: SA* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
