BalanceFrom Cable Machine Attachments 5-Piece Combo

So I don’t ever write reviews but I feel like I owe it to anyone considering buying these to let them know my experience. I've been a consistent gym goer bodybuilder for 20 years. Not a casual lifter by any stretch and am very experienced with various equipment and training. I've seen people use these style attachments in the gym before but had never tried them. I came across these generic ones on Amazon and since building a home gym decided for the price why not add them to arsenal. First off - the quality beyond exceeded my expectations. The grippy rubberized coating is so heavy duty feeling that I can't imagine it'll ever be an issue for my one person use. I'd put these in a commercial gym in a heartbeat tbh. The ergonomics of them are just unreal. Back work is one of those things that trainees can sometimes have a hard time 'feeling' work. Man do these grips really engage the back to a degree you can feel. What furthermore is just how much they remove the delts, biceps, and forearms from the work. Ive been using these for 3 weeks and every back day I'm amazed by just how freaking hard I can smash my sets, but still feel like I have more volume in me - and its clearly because most other back work is fatiguing my ancillary muscles before my back itself (notably forearms). Whats more is for the last 8 months of been battling and nursing medial epicondylitus (golfers elbow). It initially required a few months of very light workout just to improve. I since had been training with straps on all pull exercises to alleviate some of the strain on it - which helped but it hasn't gotten completely better in the last 6 months either. With these grips my tendonitis is not only not bothered - but its actually improving. Back day is currently my favorite workout in my rotation just because of how productive they've been. If you're considering these, I wouldn't hesitate. Well worth the money. Also its worth noting that I'm a bit of a diva and don't believe in ultra wide back work for shoulder health. I dont use the top two wider pulldown attachments only the 22" smaller one and the close clip attachment on the bottom. Other people may be more comfortable using those specific attachments but even if you're not - for the price these cost just adding 2 to my workout (22" pulldowns and the the bottom attachment on low cable rows) has been well worth the money. wanted a set for long for home gym. nicely build and easy to handle, have been using them in my back workouts. very confy and useful

I got this set of lat pulldown attachments to add to my home gym setup and I was not disappointed! The lat attachments are very well made and have a good rubber coating. The coating holds together well yet is not overly stiff which allows for comfort while using. The hand grips are substantial which allows for a good hold. This type of ergonomic pulldown set is great for lat/back work, offering great isolation while being comfortable to hold at the most difficult part of the pull. The five sizes offer the ability to hit the muscles in a different way. Just remember that larger carabiners are necessary for these and are not included. I ordered 4” carabiners to attach these to my cable pulley system. For ease I just keep a carabiner attached to each one which also makes them easier to hang for storage.

Heavy and durable, good quality for the price

Decent price for a set if you compare to other brands and websites. With bad elbows and medial epicondylitis, these are excellent. Unfortunately, the machining is a bit off on a few where a standard carabiner clip will not fit. You can order a larger clip, but beware the hole size on the attachments are quite small. The set could be decreased to a 3 piece selection as 2 in particular are redundant and unnecessary. Overall, a great, heavy duty product with a seemingly durable rubber coating. The price is less than most of a similar design & that's being said after waiting awhile & looking around at what's out there internationally.

Perfect attachments for your workout. As others have said you will definitely need to order larger clips because the holes are wide but that’s not a problem at all. They are heavy duty and give a very nice range of back workouts.

I saw this type cable machine set while shopping for lat pulldown attachments. It was cheaper than other sets and had good reviews. So I gave it a try. The quality is very high. They are heavy but the weight of each seems balanced. The rubber finish is almost tacky, it grips very comfortable even without gloves. They each work a different aspect of your back muscles. Only drawback (maybe to some people) is that you need a large sized carabiner to fit it. Overall I am very pleased with both the quality & function of all five pieces.

These are truly awesome, the workout you get from these, are a step up from what your used to. I highly recommend these if your a hardcore trainer!

Price point is right in line with the quality you get. These are commercial grade attachments. The wife and I are very pleased with this purchase. Highly recommended!
