do these come with a puff?

The ones I got were in tall canisters that you shake. These look like the same powder but in low containers. Sorry I can't help you.

How do i open it? it says push with an arrow but it won't budge. am i doing something wrong?

Hi. We often use the back of a pen and just push it open, much like you would a new package of sea salt. Hope this helps!

Why is the container only half filled? I just received a bottle, my second. I cut open to pour into a glass jar and noticed its only half filled

Hi. Thanks for asking this question. This product is measured and filled by weight as indicated. We package it with room in order to avoid compaction and over settling of the powder. Thanks and be well, Ora

Save for under arms or private areas for sweat or just feet?

I use the powder all over in areas like the back of my neck, under the breast area really don’t limit it’s use to specific areas. It is very smooth and the fragrance is not overwhelming.
