These standard GoJak® are suitable for most applications. If the front wheels of the vehicle are turned very sharply and the vehicle is locked or disabled a "Left" GoJak® unit is helpful on ONE of those front wheels as the left foot pedal on those models (G6313L, G5211L) will be pointing out of the wheel well making it easier to jack the vehicle. This is especially helpful for the towing and recovery industry who commonly needs to move a locked or disabled vehicle. For most users, the standard "right" pedal models work just fine. **Q: what is the total height of the inside caster on the g5211 for clearance to body ? Thank you** A: The distance from the floor to the lock nut that holds the inside 4" caster in place is just under 5.75" (146mm). If you need a lower spec than that consider the G4520, the straight axle design on that model has a clearance of 4" (102mm). **Q: Will these allow you to move the vehicle over the concrete gaps/joints?** A: As stated on the warning labels and in the user manual GoJaks® are designed to be used on a smooth flat surface. This particular situation is outside the scope of the design of the product and will depend on the size of the gap. This set of GoJaks is exactly that. First, the packaging: My Gojaks came in a heavy duty cardboard box that has its flaps stapled with one inch long copper staples along all edges of the flaps. Tape was then laid over the flaps. when you open up the box, the Gojak was secured from rattling around in the box by some thoughtful packaging integrated into the cardboard. A bag of casters and a bag of 3/4" serrated flange nut were the only other items in the box along with the directions/parts diagram/warranty form. Second, the paperwork: The paperwork for the product covers a range of models. The GoJak is so easy to use the directions cover half a page. The real value here is the exploded view of the different GoJak models and parts listing, if you should even need replacement parts. Third, and most important, the tool: The GoJak was easy to assemble and use. It has high quality, heavy duty casters the roll easily on a shop floor. I don't see how this tool can fail as long as you abide by the max weight limit. Sure, somewhere down the line I may need to purchase some replacement parts that see wear, but it will be years from now. This tool is of high quality.
