I was surprised to learn (from several studies) that caralluma is widely used in India. It not been found to be an effective weight-loss supplement, but it has been found to be cause the loss of inches, especially inches around the belly, in those who have used it consistently.The research literature does not show negative side effects of this supplement, and, because it is eaten as a vegetable in India, that is not a surprising finding. The effective dosage of caralluma has not been determined.If you’ve got a muffin top or belly fat that needs to go, try caralluma.
