No it doesn’t and DO NOT BUY!!!! Doesn’t come with instructions! The hardware that came with it didn’t fit! Terrible purchase!!

Yes this is for the Jeep Wrangler JL and it will work with your back up camera. Use caution when relocating as the wires on the camera are short and there is not a lot of play in them
