The plastic baby gate keeps your little explorer safe and secure at home or if you're visiting Grandma's house. Our child gate is adjustable, fits openings 26 to 42 inches wide, and is 26 inches tall. Designed to securely block doorways, stairways, and other spaces, this child fence can be used as a convenient pressure mount gate which requires no measuring or tools. Its stable and I like that its a pressure lock, he likes to lean on the gate and it stays in place. A good height if you have a tolder running around, not easy to climb over. Upon arrival all parts were intact with extra screws if needed. Quite easy to install. However, I have cats, some older who do not jump over gates, so I cut a pet door inside the panel. It doesn't come this way. I modified for my needs. Overall pet friendly for my other cats that need a quick escape from the screaming tolder who is chasing them to play. The color and material of the gate is quite appealing and has been a perfect fit for my needs.

**Q: Can you stack two gates on top of each other in a doorway?**
A: you should NEVER stack gates if this is for children. My cousin's son passed away in a tragic accident after getting stuck between stacked gates. It is very dangerous.

**Q: Does this gate have hinge hardware for swinging open**
A: Yes, this is included.

**Q: Will this work if stairway is glass?**
A: There are rubber stops where its pressure mounted against wall or in this case glass so it should work for it and wont slide.

**Q: can it be used outdoors?**
A: I would think so. I use it my puppy and wash it every other day and air dry on my patio. I would be comfortable using it outdoors.
