I did alot of research before I purchased this product. It does exactly what I researched it for. It is a nutrient that comes from the tea plant mainly and from some mushrooms also. I used it to help me relax. It promotes muscle relaxation and calmness. You can add it to coffee and it drastically reduces the jitters. I also use it for sleep with L-Theronate and Apigenin. L-Theronate is the only magnesium developed by Harvard that crosses the blood brain barrier to the neuro transmitters to promote calmness in he brain. Apigenin is a nutrient extracted from thr Chamomile plant. I'm not a scientist so bear with me. Apigenin binds to the GABA receptors in the brain. In other words it promotes better sleep. It helps you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. I am not a doctor so please consult with your doctor. I did. I have been using this combination daily for over 8 months now and my sleep has improved significantly. Plus at a certain time at night, no TV, computer use or cell phone scrolling and a set regular time for sleep. Otherwise I recommend this product. I like to use products in the raw form. I put the tiny scoop into a table spoon of applesauce and down the hatch. The nutrients hrlp wit cognitive function. I definitely recommend this product.

Have migraine so I have this L-Theanine powder mix with water 30 minutes before bed. The tiny spoon come with the powder is very helpful, I sleep better.

Its definitely a quality product, and I want to say its great, because it probably is, but I honestly haven't noticed any sort of benefit or change to me in any way after taking suggested dose 2-3 times daily as suggested for the past 9 or 10 months. This is not uncommon in the nootropic/peptides/etc or whatever family so I can in no way knock this product. There are plenty of people who claim to experience many good effects from it. Everyone's different 🤷‍♂️ What you get: ●A small, heavy-duty resealable mylar package w professional graphics & print that accurately detail the product. Inside is a white, powdery substance with a uniform consistency (lab-grade, definitely) and the texture of some very fine sand; finer than hourglass sand. Weight was spot on. Smells like nyacin, although so do many other supplements & vitamins, so the reference is merely an afterthought. The small bag lasts forever - like 6 or 8 months, maybe longer. Overall pretty sure product is legit 👍

I absolutely LOVE L-theanine. Been using it for over a year now. I normally stay up through the night and when I take this, I can knock out. Little tip - I also mix it with coffee in the mornings to balance out the jitters.

I enjoy this product in my shake favorite drink this is the best option for the stress relief !😅

This is a very pure product. I bought this to reduce my jitteriness when consuming coffee and it worked very well.

Love the product. Have tried several other brands, capsules and powders. This has been most effective for me personally. Taste is pleasant, a bit sweet. Forget about mixing it, however. It tends to clump, and will just swirl around in the glass. Not a knock on this brand, other powdered brands were the same. Just the nature of the product. Personally, I just dump it in my mouth, then chug some water. Dosing is highly individual. 200 mg is generally recommended (scoop of this amount included with the product). I usually need 2-4 times that amount to hit a therapeutic (relaxing) dose. But YMMV. I usually take it about 30 minutes before bed time. Sometimes during the day, if I'm feeling stressed or anxious (who isn't these days?). Bag is not easy to reseal, not an issue, I just fold the top, and use a clip to secure it. Would highly recommend this product. I just purchased my 2nd bag.

happy to recive this prodcut - great delivery. Unfortunatly- the expiry of this product is very short - the one i received will expire in 5 months time !!! very dissapointed as this volume should last a year !!!! but its not safe to use beyond expiry Ther eis no return on such items either . I am using it with good effects- just feels ive been robbed interms of longevity of product

My batch smelled very bad when opening, I'm not sure if this is normal or not but can't bring myself too put it in my mouth
