After researching a number of lock boxes, I chose this one, and it fits the bill perfectly. I can't vouch for how weather-safe it is (it's inside the garage, not outdoors) but it was very easy to program a lock code into, is MUCH sturdier than a similar all-plastic unit I'd bought a couple of years ago (which long ago fell to pieces), and the large hanging loop means I it is easily within reach by the doorknob, no drilling, wall anchors, or other extra work necessary. Review: Solid and durable - Very solid item and durable. The problem is too big and the door will slam the edge of the lockbox and causing damages. I wish this can be 1/2" smaller . ## Features - ✔Convenient: After you bought this key lock box no need put your keys under the carpet or flowerpot for hiding.Just tell your 4-digit combination to people who you allowed them get into your house - ✔Security:Combination lockbox was made of high strength zinc alloy and heavy-duty steel, which can protect the box from hammering, sawing or prying,it is rust-resistance.It's a sturdy and reliable key safe box. - ✔Capacity:This Security key lock box inside size around:3.4*2.5*1.4inch.Normally it could contain up to 6pcs keys with a key chain,Large internal space allows secure storage for multiple keys. - ✔Installation:Two way installation with a removable shackle. You could hang it exactly where you need like door knob or car.Or you can fix the lock box on the door or wall.Lock box suitable for indoor and outdoor use. - ✔[24 Hours Online] You can contact our 24 hours customer service through clicking "Sold by" on the product detail page or your desertcart order page and you will be directed to "Ask a question" to send us message. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07D8RYGVY | | Additional Features | Combination Lock | | Alarm | Lock | | Best Sellers Rank | #29,597 in Tools & Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Tools & Home Improvement ) #73 in Key Cabinets | | Brand | Fosmon | | Brand Name | Fosmon | | Capacity | 6 load | | Chamber Depth | 3.6 Centimeters | | Chamber Height | 3.4 Inches | | Color | Black Silver | | Colour | Black Silver | | Control Type | Push Button Control | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 2,805 Reviews | | Included Components | Key Lock Box | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 3.6D x 6.4W x 8.6H centimeters | | Item Type Name | security-lock-boxes | | Item Weight | 1.2 Pounds | | Lock Type | Combination, Key | | Lock type | Combination , Key | | Manufacturer | Buteny | | Manufacturer Part Number | btlk002 | | Material | Zinc | | Material Type | Zinc | | Model Number | btlk002 | | Mounting Type | Floor Mount | | Product dimensions | 3.6D x 6.4W x 8.6H centimeters | | UPC | 696177896210 711221411352 711221410225 823540921198 696177896548 879565010577 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Water Resistance Level | Not Water Resistant | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Buteny - **Product dimensions:** 3.6D x 6.4W x 8.6H centimeters - **Lock type:** Combination, Key - **Colour:** Black Silver - **Capacity:** 6 load ## Images ![Key lock box, combination lockbox with code for house key storage, combo door locker - Black Silver - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61waHwYvbRL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Can it be hung on the door?** A: Hello, Thank you for your question. Two-way installation with a removable shackle. You could hang it exactly where you need like a doorknob or car. Or you can fix the lockbox on the door or wall. The lockbox is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. **Q: what is the safest door lock box?** A: "Safe" in what way? MIne had no sharp edges and it's never injured me. If you mean safe from burglary, etc., I suggest it would be wise to do your own research. Having said that, mine works perfectly, nobody has ever broken into it and I'm very confident that will continue to be the case. Best of luck. **Q: What's the difference between Buteny key lock box and Master lock box? Which one is better?** A: I have no idea. I've never had a Master lock box. You should be able to use Amazon's "compare" feature. I will tell you that I love the Buteny. It's everything I hoped it would be and works just fine. **Q: What are the internal shackle dimensions? Is it wide enough to fit around a water pipe fixture** A: it is 2.5 inches across and 3.5 inches up and down 1.25 inches depth, but the locking mechanizem takes up some of the space as follows 2.25 across and 1.62 up and down and 1`.25 depth at the top of he lock box. It depends on what type of copper fitting that you want to put in it some thing like an a coupling or elbow would fit, up to about 1 inch. Hope this helps and is not to late for the response. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does What It's Supposed To Do, the Way It's Supposed To. *by B***V on 7 February 2023* I've been increasingly worried about my elderly mother getting accidentally locked into the garage of her home -- no details for personal reasons, but that would be a very, very bad thing, and the door into the garage is very easily locked by just bumping into the knob so you won't know it's locked until it's too late. After researching a number of lock boxes, I chose this one, and it fits the bill perfectly. The problem is too big and the door will slam the edge of the lockbox and causing damages. I wish this can be 1/2" smaller . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product. *by S***E on 4 June 2020* Love this product it served a purpose we needed perfectly. It is weather resistant, sturdy, strong and easy to use, easy to change combinations and easy to mount. I chose to mount it to an exterior wall, but you could hang it by the lock's shackle over the doorknob (note: the shackle is removable should you want to mount it on the wall). Made renting our condo very convenient for us; no more driving 2 hours to let the guest in especially when they arrive at midnight. My 2 suggestions are: there should be a clip inside to keep keys from falling out when the lid is opened and a small light (solar maybe(?) for lighting up the numbers on the tumbler when it's dark. I made my own modifications and solved both issues. In spite of my (personal) 'nit-picking' suggestions, I love this box. I like it so much I'm ordering another one to mount on my truck for my home/car and my RV keys. ## Frequently Bought Together - Key Lock Box, Combination Lockbox with Code for House Key Storage, Combo Door Locker - Puroma Key Lock Box, Portable Combination Lockbox Wall-Mounted Key Storage Box for House Keys, Resettable Code Safe Security Lock Box for Home, Office, Apartment Spare Key Storage (1 Pack, Gray) - ShurLok SL-180 Lockbox Over The Door, Black Medium --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.sa/products/296426813-key-lock-box-combination-lockbox-with-code-for-house-key](https://www.desertcart.com.sa/products/296426813-key-lock-box-combination-lockbox-with-code-for-house-key) --- *Product available on Desertcart Saudi Arabia* *Store origin: SA* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
