Why can't the computer recognize the StickC PLUS?

1.Install the driver. 2.Replace the cable with a C-to-C cable (it is required to first disconnect the StickC-Plus, shut down the device, and then power it on again).

Why does the StickC PLUS show a green light when powered on but the screen remains off?

It means the program for screen control startup has not run. The screen can light up after burning the factory firmware.

What is the biggest difference between StickC PLUS and StickC PLUS?

StickC PLUS has a power management chip AXP192, while StickC PLUS2 does not.
