Does this work with Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition?

I dug up my old note 10.1 2014 type to check if it will work with the usb ethernet connector. The answer is a solid MAYBE. I was able to see a link light on the adapter and the switch. However, I could find no settings or HW sections to tinkers with the adapter. After some googling, I am gathering that the tablet needs to be rooted which is something mine is not. TLDR: See link lights. Note 10.1 2014 needs to be rooted according to google.

Will it work with Alcatel Joy Tab?

I don't know. I'd check the equipment manual to see what jack type your tablet has. Good luck!

Plug in and use no set up required

I used this for my raspberry pi to connect my ham radio to the internet. It was works great! There was no set up required just plug and use. It is compatible with my raspberry pi and I could use it on my Mac or any other micro usb device. It’s a quality adapter and a great value for the money.

Ethernet Adapter für Samsung Galaxy 10.1 (2016) Wi-Fi.

Funktioniert einwandfrei. Ohne IP Adresse extra einzugeben mit Fritzbox verbunden über LAN. Zeigt sofort Verbindung an. Nur der Preis ist im Vergleich zu neuen USB Steckern teuer. Aber es lohnt sich wer sein altes Tablet noch mag und brauchen kann.
