Does the sortmaster that comes with it also clip on to toolbox

No the sortmaster doesn't clip on. I got this as someone else said it connects but it unfortunately doesn't. It does seem to sit nicely on top of the small box (not fastened but sat in a grove on the lid) but I've moved that to be in the middle of the stack.

Can you fit a padlock onto each toolbox for security?

There is no where to fit a padlock on any of the boxes.
