I thoroughly enjoyed this book about every single Sega Mega Drive game released. Not only does it include a brief summary of what each game was like, it also tells you if it was released in the US or Europe. In addition there is also every Mega CD and 32-X game reviewed too. My only gripe is that the games don't have a rating on how good or bad they are. Sonic the hedgehog would have 5 stars for example. Overall a great book for fans of the 16 bit era if gaming in the 1990s that I remember well as I was 10 in 1994.

This book is a must for all who either loves the Mega Drive or just retro gaming in general. It includes all Mega Drive/Genesis games, Mega cd/ Sega cd games and 32x games! Loads of information about all the games. Would recommend.

Decent guide to a fair amount of the Mega Drive/Genesis library, unfortunately not all of it.

If you want a very broad overview of pretty much everything that was published for the Genesis/Mega Drive + the Sega CD and 32x. This book is a quicker way of doing that over using Wiki's then you can turn to the web to look up more on each game you want to know about individually.It covers each game's Title, Company, Year of Release, Genre, provides a small paragraph and a decent screenshot for each one.The catch is you'd have to buy this quality book and turn it's pages to find things.

A brilliant and comprehensive look at every game on the Mega Drive, 32x and Mega CD with bits of humour, interesting facts and for me some great memories and even new games to discover.Worth every penny

I have bought both the NES and SNES Encyclopedias by Chris Scullion already and this is just as well written, and funny. Much more than just a bland list of games, each entry is both witty and informative. Very excited for the forthcoming N64 and Dreamcast Encyclopedias!

The book is great, full of great information and have a ton of the Sega 16 bit library.My concern is that it was delivered damaged by Amazon, full of scratches and damaged on the back cover. It is no longer available to order so to return it is not an option.

Wenn man die Bücher von Geeks Publishing kennt, ist das Buch hier wirklich enttäuschend!- Keine japanischen Spiele.- keine Fotos der Spielehüllen/ Verpackungen- Kaum Infos über die Spiele, welches Genre, etc.- kaum Platz für die Spiele. Pro Spiel nur eine viertel Seite, maximal eine halbe.- keine richtige Alphabetisierung- Das Buch hätte mindestens 100 Seiten mehr gebraucht.Leider gibt es die Mega Drive Anthologie von Geeks Publishing momentan nur auf Französisch aber sogar da bekommt man mehr Informationen über die einzelnen Spiele als in diesem Buch.Der Autor hat mit diesem Buch eine große Chance vertan. Hoffen wir das der Autor es im kommenden Dreamcast Buch es besser macht.Aber da die ersten zwei Bücher schon im gleichen Stil waren, wird es wohl genauso unterdurchschnittlich ausfallen.

Bellissimo libro completo di ogni gioco uscito

I was looking for a book that compiled every Mega drive/Genesis game to go with my arcade machine. This is perfect - its comprehensive and useful without providing too much detail. Its a great way to remember so many classics, and the book itself is presented in a well-written way with a nice format. Highly recommend for fans of one of the greatest consoles ever made.
