Save yourself some serious $
My 2011 Audi A5 ballast went out. The Audi Dealership wanted $1200 to replace the part! They (Audi) told me it was so expensive because if I used an aftermarket one like this it would void my warranty...it's a 15 year old car-what warranty 😂 This piece took less than 20 mins to install and works perfectly.

Worked great in my 2013 VW CC
My passenger side light didn't work most of the time and I would get the dash error message for adaptive lighting. The booger is you have to pull the front bumper and remove the light to get to the module on the bottom of the light but it works perfect. Replaced over a month ago and no errors and all is well.

So far, so good
So far so good with this ballast on my Audi Q5. I hope it lasts. As for the bulb, it is more of a warm white color, not bright white which doesn't match my existing bright white bulb. But for the price, not a bad deal. I'm dumping the bulb though.

NOT compatible with 2015 Audi A4
NOT COMPATIBLE with Audi A4, 2015. (It says it is). The problem: the Audi knows that it is not OEM, and the draw of the bulb is not precisely what is required by the Audi computer system. So the bulb works until heated and then goes out. I've tried two of them to save money. OEM costs $320 per bulb from Audi dealer, but Philips makes an OEM compatible for about $100, which works bc it has the exact Audi specs.
