I was a bit concerned as some of the reviews talked about the quality of the book not being that good. I had no issues. It is excellent quality. The hard back cover is flawless, the pages are ‘glossy’ and not at all flimsy as some reviews stated. As for the book itself, I have been looking for books on Islam which were easy to read and contained all the necessary information. Most books I came across were far to long winded and ‘lecture style’ – not want you want after a full day of work and then the home shift as well. This book is brilliant in that it is easy to read and is more of a ‘book’ than a lecture. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to read about the blessed Prophets life and not feel as though they are being lectured. I plan to pass this book to my sons for them to read it once I have finished. The colour pictures are a plus! Review: I loved the book itself, and the quality is amazing! Again, like the title says, there are some printing and spacing errors, as well as spelling ones too. But other than that, it’s perfect! ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Customer reviews | 4.8 4.8 out of 5 stars (124) | | Dimensions | 23.62 x 16.26 x 2.29 cm | | Edition | New Revised Edition | | ISBN-10 | 6035000606 | | ISBN-13 | 978-6035000604 | | Item weight | 295 g | | Language | English | | Print length | 384 pages | | Publication date | 28 April 2001 | | Publisher | William Morrow | ## Images ![The Silmarillion - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/3127jZugKYL.jpg) ![The Silmarillion - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/412I5cwgs-L.jpg) ![The Silmarillion - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41J77t72NsL.jpg) ![The Silmarillion - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41NJ5Upy4uL.jpg) ![The Silmarillion - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41zaackaR1L.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by N***Z on 8 November 2021* This book arrived on time. Again, like the title says, there are some printing and spacing errors, as well as spelling ones too. But other than that, it’s perfect! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by A***D on 22 October 2020* There is a minor chip on the brand new cover of the book due to the way it was packaged. Other than that everything is great! ## Frequently Bought Together - When the Moon Split New Edition (HB Full Color) - Ar-Raheeq Al-Makhtum (The Sealed Nectar): Biography of the Prophet - The Fundamentals of Tawheed (Islamic Monotheism) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.sa/products/288165588-the-silmarillion](https://www.desertcart.com.sa/products/288165588-the-silmarillion) --- *Product available on Desertcart Saudi Arabia* *Store origin: SA* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
