Great Machine
As someone who loves a nice coffee, on a daily basis, this machine is brilliant. It’s so easy to use, makes a lovely coffee, with numerous styles and flavours, and the price was excellent. We love it 👍👍As a side note, buying a frother to accompany this machine gives you many more coffee style options, hot and cold 😉

***Only compatible with Virtuo pods!***
I did a bit of research before buying my machine. I chose this one because of the price and size.I purchased Nespresso Diavolitto pods to make espresso either on its own, over ice and milk in a tall glass or in steamed milk (I use a milk steamer) for latte's in a big mug and Flat whites in a small mug. I also purchased Stormio pods for a longer 'Americano' style coffee that I just add a bit of cold milk to.The machine itself is sleek and compact. It is EXTREMELY easy to set up and use.You can connect it to your phone so you know what is best for your device and when it needs cleaning. The variety of pods is huge but this machine can only be used with Nespresso Virtuo pods, not Nespresso original or any other brand. Each pod is about 70p on the Nespresso app, but you have to spend a minimum of around £50. I got mine in sets of 30 off Amazon for £28.Nespresso is currently working with Change Please which is an amazing brand/cause (Google it!)The coffee itself is absolutely delicious once you find the one that's works for you. It's worth remembering that most of the espresso pods are single shots (that's how it seems to me anyway) so if you're used to coffee shop coffee, it may taste weak in comparison if you don't buy a level 9 or above, or use 2 pods.I'm an ex barista and I'm really impressed with this little machine. Buy one!

Love the machine, makes the coffee quickly, can be quite loud tho and the pods are quite expensive

Brilliant coffee, machine is rubbish (probably the model)
love the Coffee, but the machine does not last long, Nespresso has been replacing it 5-6 times already and purchased a second later in October to have a replacement home. they break easily. noticed most of the times the pump stops working. lately the capsule is not recognised, the support is good and one of those got replaced when it arrived it was not even powering on. this device is the the most called support for I have in house. so very disappointed with the model and should be retired for it's non being so reliant. beside if you like to get it replaced and get on the Nespresso support so often then it's ok

Love this for my morning latte
I love this, makes a great amount of different coffee recipes dependant on what flavour and size pods you chose. It’s super quick and does the best crema. I add frothed milk from my separate milk frother. It’s so quick and easy to use. Also love the look, very expensive looking. Only negative is that buying the pods, you can get them online but so far no one has been making any other compatible pods like they do with the other Nespresso machines (not this one which is the vertuo range! If you go for a normal Nespresso you can buy compatible pods in lots of supermarkets and online including different brand coffee flavours. Hopefully it won’t be long til other companies get onto creating compatible ones! But all in all I love it and totally recommend, I’ve saved a fortune by not getting a coffee shop daily morning coffee… bonus!

Makes lovely coffee!!
Really happy with my new coffee machine. It’s nice I’ve finally found a coffee machine that will make a full mug (depending on pod size you use). Coffee tastes great too! Only downside is you can’t seem to buy the pods in many stores so I’m having to buy them online. Other than that very happy with it so far

Nespresso Vertuo Next Machine any good?
So first of all let me say this is my honest opinion ... no promotions or axes to grind. On first uses of this machine I would probably have given it a one star and returned it ... first few pods it just wouldn't play ball. The pods for whatever reason were just getting misread, or not read at all, and the machine would pierce them but then stop spinning and just flash red. I would have to try two or three times with the same pod ... firstly by stopping it automatically tossing it into it's collection bin for used ones. Eventually it would accept or recognise it and start producing a stream of coffee. Perhaps I should have given up there and then, and returned the unit, but I decided to persevere. Eventually it has gradually settled down and works as I expected it should have in the first place. Now my experience of the actual Vertuo pod system itself. The first thing you come to realise is that in extracting the coffee, it introduces air, to produce a foam rather than crema on the top of the coffee. For me this is quite fake and disappointing. Also the coffee itself especially for sizes below mug size tend to be ... lets say less than hot. I also own a Nespresso capsule machine ... an original Pixie and that machine produces a far more realistic and pleasing crema type top to the coffee it produces. At least for espresso to small cup sizes ... which I find far more preferable to that produced by Vertuo machine pods.I would say where this machine comes into it's own is with the larger mug size pods. The foam can be folded into the coffee, and for a black coffee, is quite pleasant if not exceptional. That's how I will continue to use the machine and I personally wouldn't waste the extra money on buying espresso or double espresso size pods over the Nespresso capsules. For me the capsule machines produce a better (and hotter) coffee at significantly lower cost. So in summing up ... for me I'll continue to use the machine for the larger mug size pods only ... and my Nespresso Pixie machine the most for my quick caffeine fix. Having said all that it's the case of Nespresso pods or capsules are there for convenience ... not really for the best cup of espresso, cappuccino, or what other coffee version you prefer. For that you need a bean to cup coffee machine in my opinion.

Simply the best pod coffee maker
I've tried other pod coffee makers in the past but was always disappointed in the tiny amount of coffee and lack of froth (crema). This machine (uniquely) reads a bar code on the pod and dispenses whatever volume of coffee it specifies. So, FINALLY, a full mug of heavily milk-frothed, delicious coffee.(Tip: Put the milk in first before putting the mug in place - you get loads of delicious crema on top).
